NEW DELHI: The University of Delhi (DU) is set to release the results for the UG Spot Admission 2023 Round 1 seat allotment today i.e., Friday, September 1, 2023 at 5pm. This round of seat allocation pertains to ECA- II, CW II, Music II, and BFA II applicants.
As the seat allotment list becomes available, candidates who engaged in the spot admission process can conveniently check their results online on the official websites – du.ac.in and admission.uod.ac.in.
During this spot round, candidates were not granted the option to withdraw or upgrade their assigned seats. Only those applicants who applied for the supernumerary quota seats had the opportunity to opt for seat upgradation. The university had earlier clarified that the allocated seats will be considered final and not subject to changes.
Furthermore, if any additional vacancies arise, Delhi University may announce further spot admission rounds in the near future.
“It will be mandatory for the candidate to take admission to the seat allocated in the spot admission round-1. Failure to accept the allocated seat in the spot admission round will forfeit the candidate’s eligibility for admission to UoD,” stated DU.
