NOT long now until kick-off with Robby McCrorie handed a rare chance in goals as Rangers take the first step on the road to Hampden at a chillly Dumbarton.
The Scottish Cup fourth round marks the return of action for teams in the SPFL Premiership – and the Ibrox men are no different after this match passed a lunchtime pitch inspection.
The likes of Dumbarton kept as many of their matches flowing throughout the last month as they could and they’ll be ready for the big visit of Rangers this weekend.
Stevie Farrell also has some goalkeeping issues ahead of what is already daunting task for the League Two team against the Glasgow giants.
He’s called for a review of the loan market rules around the competition and will field Harry Broun between the sticks against Philippe Clement’s side.
