CELTIC head to a drying-out Dens Park today – 11 days after their title rivals slipped up on their travels there.
The much maligned pitch was rained off twice for visits from Rangers before eventually going ahead on Wednesday April 17.
Philippe Clement’s side suffered a scoreless stalemate on the soaked surface but now Brendan Rodgers is ready to take advantage of the fairer weather and improved park.
He’s looking for a brighter result and while Dundee is dry again, Rodgers is also looking forward to his own Daizen coming back.
The boss revealed this week that winger Maeda’s feared season-ending injury ISN’T as bad as first thought and the winger’s accelerated recovery could see him back in the fold.
That’s unlikely to be at the ScotFoam Stadium but it could yet be another attacking option available for the run-in.
Rangers play a few hours before this Tayside tussle – they’re also on TV – and every match matters at this stage of the season with the difference just three points heading into the weekend.
