IT’S a match three and a half weeks in the making. And it could have a HUGE impact on the SPFL Premiership table.
Dundee are chasing a top-six spot while Rangers are aiming to return to the top of the table after the weekend’s Old Firm goal-fest.
And it’ll all be played out on the much maligned Dens park pitch.
Their weekend match with Dundee got the late green-light from ref David Dickinson but still looked decidedly worse for wear despite the precautionary covers laid down for protection from the rain.
Motherwell took all three points though, leaving Tony Docherty’s top six hopes hanging.
It doesn’t look like being much better for the Gers with just four days recovery time – and 24 days since their initial match-date was called off for rain.
