Eating Out restaurant review: A wrap-up of my 2023 greatest (and most memorable) hits

As many confidently shared their Spotify wrapped across social media, I quickly decided to take mine to the grave after seeing the line-up of songs and artists.

What is belted in the privacy of my car, stays in the privacy of my car.

A wrap-up I’m more than happy to share though are my greatest hits in the food realm, some of the best meals and experiences I had across the Perth dining scene.

It’s certainly been an exciting year for new openings, from stylish wine bars, pizza joints and cute cafes, and it’s been a pleasure to sample some of them and share the highs and lows.

Overall top spot

It’s a close tie between Vin Populi in Fremantle, I dream about their pasta, as well as Will Street in Leederville. Both are excellent venues with exceptional service, perfect for a special occasion to have a long lunch with someone special.
