EMERGENCY Services have rushed to a Scottish football stadium amid an ongoing incident.
A large blue light presence descended on Palmerston Park in Dumfries, home to Queen of the South, after their game against Dundee United today.
Pictures from the scene show a number of ambulances and police cars at the stadium.
First aiders from the stadium can be seen helping paramedics amid the incident.
And event staff are also in attendance providing support.
An onlooker said: “I heard screams of help and police just after it happened.
“It’s understood a car may have run out of control and hit some people before hitting another vehicle.
“It’s believed club officials raced to the scene with paramedics and security staff.
“Some paramedics already at Palmerston for the game got there quickly before police and other ambulance staff arrived.”
It is unknown what the nature of the incident is and if anyone has been injured.
Queen of the South and Dundee United drew two all in the third round of the Scottish Cup today.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
