Ezekiel Elliott joining Patriots with a brand new look

Ezekiel Elliott will get a taste of the Patriot Way.

The running back signed a one-year deal with New England on Monday worth $6 million, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

Elliott, 28, was cut by the Cowboys after seven seasons in Dallas due to his declining rushing averages and the emergence of Tony Pollard.

Now, he’ll look to reassert himself behind incumbent Patriots rusher Rhamondre Stevenson.

Elliott will wear the No. 15 he donned while playing at Ohio State and will seemingly report to the Patriots with a new haircut after he posted his shorn locks in an Instagram Story on Sunday — and showed a close-cropped hairdo on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“One Five, all the way live !,” he wrote on X on Monday, tagging the Patriots.

Elliott has been one of several veteran running backs struggling with the NFL free agency market, with fellow rusher Dalvin Cook still searching for a home for the 2023 season.

Saquon Barkley inked a short-term deal to stay with the Giants, while Raiders star Joshua Jacobs has yet to report to camp after receiving a franchise tag from the team.

Elliott’s former battery mate Pollard was among the running backs seemingly stung by a depressed market, though he opted to sign his franchise tag to play on a one-year, $10.09 million contract for the season.
