Will and Jess were in the 2022 season of the show, marking one year since their finale episode at the start of October.

Jess recently gave fans the opportunity to send in questions, with many asking if the couple expected to announce an engagement anytime soon.

She had a cheeky answer, posting a picture of her engagement ring-free hand, tagged Will in, and wrote: “farmerwill_au????”

Jess also confirmed they had now been together “1 year and 7 months going on 5 years haha”.

Describing herself as “very lucky”, she said Will was “hands down the most respectful, loyal and caring person I have ever met”.

It comes a week after Farmer David and Emily confirmed their engagement after David got down on one knee at the site of one of their on-air dates.

Sharing details of the proposal, Emily said that David’s “voice became more serious and a little part of my brain thought, ‘What’s happening?’” she told 7Life.

“The big giveaway was when he dropped to his knee and from there, it’s such a blur, but I remember being so happy and jumping around a bit.”

As for wedding plans, the couple said that they were in “no immediate rush”, instead planning to enjoy their engagement.

“We’re definitely keen to have the wedding on the farm. We’ll just see how life goes,” David said.

“It’ll be exciting to plan the wedding and at a certain point we will want to lock in a date but not just yet.

“I’m sure we’ll be doing lots of road trips talking about the wedding!”
