The family of a Perth father of two, who has been missing since Tuesday, have made a desperate plea for his whereabouts, and described the disappearance as entirely out of character.
Adam Faria was last seen at a service station on Canning Highway in Perth’s southern suburbs on the day he uncharacteristically failed to appear for work in the port suburb of Fremantle.
Mr Faria’s sister, Chantelle, said the 34-year-old had two daughters who desperately need him.
“Adam, if you see this right now, please just come home, your family and friends love you so much and there are so many people that care for you and love you,” she told 7 News.
“You have two little girls who really need you to come home, so please just come home.”
“Whatever your going through, you don’t need to do this alone. Please come home or just get into contact with one of us so we know you’re OK.”
Chantelle said her brother’s disappearance was “a thousand per cent out of the blue.”
“It’s nothing like him at all, it’s very out of character,” she said.
The 34-year-old was due to travel to Singapore with his wife and children on Friday.
Mr Faria’s phone was recorded near in the Serpentine and Jarrahdale region on Tuesday night, approximately an hour south of Perth.
He has been described as being approximately 182 cm in height with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
WA Police said he could be travelling in a silver Toyota Corolla hatch and anyone with information is urged to contact them urgently.
