FMGE December 2023 Admit Card Postponed to Jan 15; Exam Date Remains Unchanged

FMGE Admit Card December 2023 Release Date: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), New Delhi will issue the FMGE admit card on January 15; the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination will be held on January 20, 2024. Earlier, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences was scheduled to release the FMGE hall tickets on January 12, however, it got postponed. “The admit cards for FMGE December 2023 shall be issued on 15.01.2024 at NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in. The date of issuance of admit card as mentioned in the information bulletin for FMGE Dec 2023 and in notices published earlier should therefore be read accordingly,” NBEMS in an official notice said.

The admit cards for FMG Examination will be available to download at the NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in from January 15, 2024, onwards. Candidates found ineligible before the conduct of the examination will not be issued admit cards. Candidates are required to download their admit card from the NBEMS website and affix firmly their recent (not more than 3 months old) passport-size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. The photograph must meet the following specifications:

  • Size of photograph: Minimum 35×45 mm (and not larger than the box printed on the admit card for pasting the photograph) with at least 75% area on the photograph should be occupied with the face & head of the candidate.
  • It should be a Colour photograph with a white background.
  • The photograph needs to display a full front view of the face with a neutral expression. No Caps, Stethoscope, Goggles, Ornaments to be worn.
  • The photograph should not have reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.
  • The photograph needs to be printed on a high quality paper with at least 600 dpi Resolutions.

FMGE December 2023 Exam: Items to Carry to Exam Hall

Candidates MUST bring to the test centre the following documents:

  1. Printed copy of Barcoded/QR Coded Admit card with his/her photograph pasted on it.
  2. Any one of the below mentioned Govt issued photo IDs (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, and Aadhaar Card (with Photograph)
  3. Candidates without original hard copy valid ID proof shall not be allowed to enter the examination premises. Photocopies of Govt. issued ID proofs shall not be accepted.

FMGE December 2023 Exam: Items You Cannot Carry to Exam Hall

Candidates will not be allowed to take the following items beyond the security checkpoint in examination premises under any circumstances.

  1. Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, etc.
  2. Any electronic device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, wrist watch/Health Band, Calculator, Electronic Pen/ Scanner, etc.
  3. All ornaments like bracelets, Rings, Earrings, Nose-pin, chains/Necklaces, Pendants, necklaces with pendants, Badges, broochs, etc.
  4. Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, etc.

FMGE December 2023 Admit Card: How to Download?

  • Go to the official website of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences: https://natboard.edu.in/.
  • Look for the download link that reads,” Download FMGE December 2023 admit card.”
  • Enter the login details and your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout of it for future reference.
