Former Married At First Sight contestant and porn star Sebastian Guilhaus has broken his silence for the first time since being arrested for meth trafficking.
The former footballer was temporarily behind bars after being arrested last week after police raided his property and allegedly seized methamphetamine with a street value of at least $90,000.
Guilhaus, who is currently out on bail, took to Instagram on Sunday night with an update for fans.
“Hello everybody, I’m finally checking in after what’s been an extremely traumatic week,” Guilhaus began.
“I am not going to comment on the situation as it’s ongoing and could be ongoing for quite a while so I don’t want to impede that process.”
Guilhaus thanked his supporters and and apologised to family and friends for the “collateral stress” he had caused.
“I’m just focusing on all the controllables, forging a new daily routine, all of these things, training two to four hours a day, what I’m eating,” he continued.
“I’m starting to battle my ADHD head-on, and all of my other mental health issues.
“I’ve been thrust right into maybe a little bit of trauma, rewiring.
“Overall, life works for us, not to us, so I’ll overcome this hurdle.
“It’s a period of growth and healing and getting on with life. So that’s what I’ll be doing.”

Guilhaus’ MAFS co-star and OnlyFans partner Hayley Vernon rushed to his defence following the arrest.
In a post to Instagram, she said her heart “hurts for him”.
“I knew Seb was struggling with his mental health, and he gravitated to me to help and guide him — I just wish I had known what was (allegedly) going on so I could have helped him,” she wrote.
Following his split from Sobinoff in 2021, Guilhaus was named one of Adelaide’s “most eligible singles”.
Guilhaus who prefers to be known as “Seb” describes himself as an “athlete, creator (and) thought provoker” on Instagram where he boasts a following of more than 92,000.
