PLAYING Fortnite as a hobby is nice, but what if you could earn some cash by competing against famous players?
A UK-based casting agency is promising just that, offering £1500 per person who is selected to participate.

According to a casting call on agency ET Casting’s website, the company is looking for “highly skilled Fortnite players” to participate in live streams.
Applicants must be 18 to 44 years old, seasoned gamers, and very good at playing Fortnite.
The casting is open to people from the UK and a number of other European countries, and a good command of English is a requirement.
Participants are also required to have a well-lit room from which they can join the live streams, a reliable internet connection, and a good-quality webcam.
Only players who have an Xbox console to play on during streams are allowed to apply.
No prior acting experience is required, but applicants have to be comfortable chatting with the unnamed Fortnite celebrities before and after games.
Players who want to apply should fill out a form and submit a short video presentation on the casting agency’s website.
The four live streams are said to be scheduled for September through November 2024, so candidates are asked to have good availability during that period.
The agency promises £375 per stream for a total of £1500 per selected participant.
