Dzhuneyt Vahid is a full-time professional trader, a successful investor, a proud and happy father, and one of the pioneers of our Live Education project. With such a remarkable career at the early age of only 36, you wonder how everything started and what was his trading journey in the forex market.
Dzhuneyt, or Juni as his regular viewers like to call him, has dreamed of becoming a professional martial artist since he was a little boy. He grew up in a city in Bulgaria, watching martial arts videos on the family’s VCR and he got excited watching Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, trying to imitate their moves. Unfortunately, in his town there were no professional trainers where he could go and learn martial arts, so he had to start learning by himself.
A few years later he found himself in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, helping his father with their family business. Luckily, he was at the right place to find a good dojo, a place where different kinds of martial arts are practised. Juni started winning one competition after the other and at the same time, his father was giving him many responsibilities in order to prepare him for managing the family business and teach him the importance of right decision-making and money management.
He was at a point that he had to make a decision. Should he continue practising martial arts and maybe become a professional martial artist, or start focusing on the world of business?
The right preparation and strategy for the forex market
At the time, the money he could make as a professional martial artist was not that much, so he decided to change his perspective and focus on business. It wasn’t long until trading came into his life. He always had a particular interest in the financial markets and he paid close attention to the exchange rates.

In the beginning, he started promoting a trading platform and in a short period of time, started to actually trade for himself. He started treating his capital as he once did with his own body. The right preparation and strategy was his key to success. After all, panic is never the answer, he says. As it happens in martial arts, if you get hit by the opponent you just need to stay calm, find your mistake and make sure not to repeat it again. Same thing in trading!
Soon he realised his true passion for the financial markets and decided to take all the discipline he learned from doing martial arts and use it in order to never give up until he became a successful trader. He is now highlighting that in order to become a successful trader, one should have the right plan, start studying, learn from his/her mistakes and never give up!
