Future can’t stop focusing on the past.
The rapper appears to diss Russell Wilson in his song “Turn Yo Clic Up,” which was released on Friday in collaboration with Quavo.
“I got it out the field, f–k Russell,” Future says in the lyric.
This isn’t the first time Future has come after Wilson, as the Denver Broncos quarterback is married to the rapper’s ex-fiancée, Ciara.
The Grammy award-winning singer shares her nine-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, with Future.
The former couple called off their engagement in August 2014 after ten months.
Ciara reportedly met Wilson in March 2015 at a Wisconsin basketball game, and the two quickly fell for each other.

In a 2015 interview with The Breakfast Club, Future was not pleased with Ciara opening a new chapter with a different man.
“You don’t bring a man around your son,” Future said. “You’ve known this man for a few months and you’re bringing him around your kid? Who does that?”
Wilson popped the question to Ciara in March 2016 and the couple tied the knot in Cheshire, England in July 2016.

The Super Bowl Champion has become a stepfather to Future Jr. while welcoming two kids of his own with Ciara.
Daughter, Sienna Princess, 6, was born in 2017 and son, Win Harrison, 3, was born in 2020.
Future continued to have an opinion of his ex’s new family in 2019 when he accused Wilson of “not being a man” and that he does “exactly what [Ciara] tell him to do.”

“He not being a man in that position. You’re not tellin’ her, ‘Bro, chill out with that on the internet. Don’t even talk to him. I’m your husband,” Future said in the January 2019 interview with Beats 1 Radio.
“You better not even bring Future’s name up!’ If that was me, she couldn’t even bring his name up.”
Despite Future’s taunts, Ciara and Wilson seem to remain unbothered.

Ciara recently posted photos of the couple enjoying a trip to Japan with Wilson commenting, “Love You My Queen.”
