WRESTLING legend Jake the Snake Roberts slithered over to Scotland and proved he’s still got a mean right hook.
The grappling icon jetted over from the US for a whistlestop tour and met up with fans, as well as seeing the sights.
He’s packing more pounds than he did in his WWF heyday and is a lot more frail than he was in his prime.
But he still couldn’t resist getting involved in a bout in Dundee and delighted fans when he dished out a haymaker.
Jake, 69, said: “Sometimes you’ve got to take matters into your own hands.
“We had a blast at the Scottish Wrestling Entertainment event in Dundee. I’m just glad I could make sure justice was served.”
One fan said: “You still got it, you still got it.”
While another added: “It’s awesome to see you still involved with what you love to do. God bless Jake.”
Jake was one of the biggest stars of the WWF during wrestling’s golden era in the 1980s.
He was famed for coming to the ring with his pet python Damien, who helped scare off his opponents.
But his career hit the skids as he battled alcohol and drug problems.
His wife Cheryl, who featured in a famous on-screen feud Jake had with Rick Rude, divorced him.
But they rekindled their relationship after more than two decades when he got sober three years ago.
She was with him on his tour of Scotland. The pair smiled as they posed for snaps at Edinburgh Castle and Jake stood alongside a piper.
The only snake they brought with them was her handbag, which appeared to be made from snakeskin.
Cheryl said: “Lovely time in Dundee, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, seeing sights, making new friends, and meeting fans.”
The pair also hit the town as they headed out for a meal to celebrate Jake’s birthday.
Cheryl added: “Taking you out for dinner to celebrate your special day in Scotland has been a pleasure.
“May we have many more opportunities to celebrate your birthday in the future. Love you baby.”
Fans who caught up with Jake in Dundee took to social media to talk about it.
One said: “It was a fantastic night” while another added: “It was great to meet him. Thanks for putting this on.”
Organisers SWE said: “We were fortunate to host Jake The Snake Roberts and Cheryl Roberts at one of our monthly events.
“There were loads of new faces in the crowds over the weekend. We hope you enjoyed yourselves.
“A huge thank you, to each and every one of you who came out to support us.
