Australian homewares and decor store Hommey has started its bi-annual Afterpay Day sale early with absolutely everything on the site marked down by up to 40 per cent.
The website has greatly reduced a selected number of velvet and boucle cushions by 40 per cent, beach towels by 30 per cent and 20 per cent off selected slides from now until March 18 at 8am.
The Essential Velvet Cushion in Bubblegum in Chocolate is my ultimate favourite, down to $53.40 from $89, and it would look beautiful against the backdrop of a brightly coloured couch.

The Willow slides range in price depending on what colour you want to purchase but Rose, Tan, Mushroom and Cherry are all discounted the most, down to $77.40 from $129.
Hommey’s range of beach towels, like the Picnic Stripes, dry within seconds and are large enough to laze on for hours on end.
They normally retail for $99 but you can pick some of the colourways up for as little as $69.30.
Wanting to get crafty in the kitchen?
Hommey’s recently released aprons are 10 per cent off and down to $62.10.
“These are so cute,” one woman wrote on Instagram about the aprons, which come in four different shades.
Robes, probably the product Hommey is most famous for, are 10 per cent off, too, down to $134.10.
If you want to make some purchases you’ll have to be quick — a broad range of items has already sold out.
“I’ve been waiting for this sale big time,” one customer wrote when the discounts went live.
“I can’t wait to get around this!” said another.
