MANXMAN (2.25 Goodwood, nap)
This son of Cracksman was a revelation last season, winning five handicaps and climbing 34lb in the weights. There’s more improvement to come and he was just pipped on comeback stepped up in trip here last time and he can see out this distance.
ISLE OF JURA (3.35 Goodwood, nb)
He had an incredible winter in Bahrain where he landed four wins including in a local Grade 1 race. This trip is right up his street and he doesn’t need quick ground to show his best. Two of his past three British runs have been wins too.
DOHA (4.55 Haydock, treble)
This Sea The Stars filly looked better than this level when storming home by nine lengths at Windsor last time. Her opening handicap mark of 82 looks skinny and this longer trip should be ideal.
