The determination of grace marks was explained by Board President Dr. VP Yadav and Secretary Jyoti Mittal. Objections were raised by candidates regarding questions (options) from question numbers 31 to 60 in the language part of all three levels—Hindi and English—claiming that they were not within the prescribed syllabus. Subject experts thoroughly examined these objections. The investigation revealed that no questions were asked outside the syllabus; instead, all the questions in the language part, covering Hindi and English, were related to grammar.
The Board Secretary stated that prioritizing candidate interests, the results of all three HTET levels will consider the average marks obtained by candidates out of the remaining 120 marks. This calculation excludes marks in the language part Hindi and English, constituting 30 marks. Using the same average ratio, candidates were assigned marks out of 30 for the language part Hindi and English (question number 31 to 60). Only candidates surpassing the average marks in this section were included in the result, with their obtained marks being reflected in the final outcome.
