Eligible candidates can register themselves on the official website of RRC NER at- ner.indianrailways.gov.in, till December 24, 2023, 6PM.
Prospective candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100.
While SC, ST and Women candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
The RRC NER GKP Apprentices Notification 2023 specifies age criteria as of November 25, 2023. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and not exceed 24 years. Age relaxation criteria is applicable for reserved categories as per NER rules.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible, candidates are required to clear class 10th High School with 50% Marks and ITI Certificate in Related Trade / Branch.
Selection process
Candidates eligible for training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be chosen based on a merit list. This list considers the average of marks in both Matriculation (with at least 50% marks) and ITI examination, giving equal importance to both. Candidates can choose more than one unit or place. If their merit position doesn’t allow their first choice, they’ll get their subsequent choice. Those selected for Document Verification will need to bring their online application copy, Medical Certificate, 4 passport-sized photos, and original certificates for verification. Successful candidates will start their apprentice training at the assigned Division/Unit.
Training and stipend
If selected, candidates will receive training that complies with the Central Apprenticeship Council’s standards and curriculum, provided they register with RDAT/Kanpur. Stipends at the specified rates will be provided to the chosen candidates during this apprenticeship in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
