Isolde Andouard is charting a new course in her career. After a successful two-year tenure as the CEO of Undiz, a prominent lingerie brand under the Etam Group, she has announced her latest professional endeavor on LinkedIn. Isolde is stepping into her new role as the head of the contemporary fashion brand Iro, founded in Paris in 2005 by brothers Arik and Laurent Bitton. Andouard will be taking over the reins from her predecessor, Richard Fettaya.
Isole Andouard, who is currently 40 years old, assumed her role as CEO of Undiz in January 2022, following a two-year stint as a strategic advisor to renowned fashion labels like Ganni and Jacquemus. Prior to her advisory roles, Andouard, a business school graduate, spent six years contributing her expertise to the SMCP Group, where she held key positions, including director of operations for the Asia-Pacific subsidiary. In 2016, she assumed the position of CEO for the Asia-Pacific region at Ba&sh.
Iro Paris, now wholly owned by the Chinese company Ellassay since 2019, boasts a network of 70 boutiques worldwide, including six in Paris, and collaborates with 600 retail partners. Catering to both men and women, the brand draws inspiration from the iconic rock styles of the 1970s and 1980s in the United States, positioning itself in the premium market segment. Their offerings include items like t-shirts priced at €115, blouses at €275, and dresses ranging from €360 to €500.
According to data from societe.com, the French company Iro generated €56.9 million in revenue for the fiscal year 2022, reflecting a 5.7% increase compared to the previous year. It’s important to note that this data might not encompass the entirety of the label’s operations.
