It was announced this week that the final round of fixtures in the top flight would be played on Saturday, May 18.

But there’s nine games left to play before that – including two Old Firm clashes – and Brendan Rodgers’ men are looking to cancel out Rangers’ two-point lead in the coming matches.

And up next is the trip to Tynecastle, where they’ll face Steven Naismith’s side, which includes a dangerous in-form Lawrence Shankland.

The gap at the top of the table could be as high as five points when the game gets underway too, with Rangers hosting Motherwell on Saturday.

But Rodgers will be focusing on his own side’s performance and will be hoping to build on their stunning 7-1 rout over Dundee midweek.
