JEE Mains 2024 result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to conclude the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2024 (January) session 1 today. Exams for session 1 commenced on January 24, 2024 and is set to complete today, February 1, 2024.

The evaluation process for multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning exams involves using final answer keys. The raw (actual) marks a candidate obtains will then be used to calculate the JEE Mains 2024 result. In cases where there are multiple shifts or sessions for the exam, the raw marks from different shifts, sessions will be converted to NTA score for fairness and consistency, according to the official notice.
‘Raw marks’ refer to the unadjusted or actual marks obtained by a candidate in an examination. Raw marks represent the direct count of correct answers and points awarded without considering factors like difficulty levels or variations in different sets of question papers.
JEE Main exam session 2 registration begins tomorrow, exams to commence in April 2024
The JEE (Main) – April 2024 session includes several key dates and procedures. The online submission of application forms will be open from February 2nd to March 2nd, 2024, with the deadline for successful payment of the prescribed application fee set at 11:50 p.m. on March 2nd, 2024. The announcement of the examination city is scheduled for the third week of March 2024.
Admit cards, a required document for exam attendance, will be available for download from the NTA website three days before the exam date. This download window will be open from April 1 to April 15, 2024.
