In accordance with the guidelines outlined in the examination’s brochure, candidates with disabilities of 40% or more, such as blindness, low vision, locomotor disability (both hands affected), cerebral palsy, and additional disabilities, are eligible for the facility of a scribe. Other candidates within this category must provide a written certificate of physical disability from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon.
Vacancy Details
To facilitate the arrangement of a scribe, eligible candidates must submit the prescribed application form to the Commission office by December 21, 2023. Applications received after this date will not be considered, and candidates will have to appear for the examination without a scribe.

Among the overall vacancies, 12,868 positions are allocated for assistant teachers (para teachers), while 13,133 are designated for non-para teachers. Eligible candidates who cleared the Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) in 2013 and 2016 are eligible for the Assistant Teacher role, with no provision for CTET pass candidates. The recruitment process will be conducted in a single phase.
There will be no negative marking in the examination. It will consist of objective type questions, and no negative marking will be applied. Candidates can qualify for the Assistant Teacher position based on their state-level merit list ranking in the subject/subject group for which they passed the TET.
The Assistant Teacher appointment examination will be conducted in a computer-based format. The evaluation of marks and the subsequent merit list will also be released accordingly. The Main Examination will be administered, featuring objective and multiple-choice answer format questions.

How to download JSSC Asst Teacher Admit Card 2023
Step 1: Go to the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) official website using your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Look for the ‘Admit Card’ or ‘Download Hall Ticket’ section on the homepage. This is where you’ll likely find links related to the upcoming Jharkhand Elementary School Assistant Teacher Exam.
Step 3: Click on the relevant link and enter the necessary details such as your registration number, date of birth, or any other information as prompted. Ensure accuracy to avoid errors.
Step 4: Once you’ve entered the required information, submit the details, and your admit card should be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Carefully check the details on the admit card, including your name, exam centre, date, and time. Ensure that the information is accurate and matches your expectations.
Step 6: If everything is correct, proceed to download the admit card. Save a copy on your device and also print a hard copy. This printed copy will be required for verification on the day of the examination.
