Karl Lagerfeld unveils luxury residential project in Lisbon

Fashion house Karl Lagerfeld and real estate developer Overseas introduced on Friday a new residential property to be developed in the heart of Lisbon. 

Situated between Rua Castilho and the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade, at central Rua Braamcamp, the project will feature ten one and two-floor apartments, a communal garden relaxation space, private swimming pools, and an array of unique amenities.

“Building on the Karl Lagerfeld real estate portfolio, we are scaling our residential endeavours into Portugal. The project in Lisbon follows the successful launch of Karl Lagerfeld’s luxury real estate portfolio, including the Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella and The Karl Lagerfeld Macau hotel. The fashion house also has an upcoming luxury hotel and residential project named ‘The Sail’ in Melaka, Malaysia, and is actively involved in the development of luxury branded villas in Dubai.
