Keke Palmer has reportedly filed a restraining order against estranged boyfriend Darius Jackson, alleging he abused her throughout their two-year relationship. The embattled couple have a 9 month-old son together.
Palmer, 30, reportedly claims in the documents, obtained by Us Weekly, that she has security camera footage from an incident on Nov. 5., where Jackson allegedly “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent” and “threatened” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”
She reportedly continues that there have been “many instances of physical violence” with Jackson, which allegedly include “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”
The outlet reports the “Nope” actress stated the pair’s relationship “finally ended for good” in early October “primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted” on her by him.
The Post has contacted reps for Palmer for comment. Jackson could not immediately be reached by The Post.
Jackson, a fitness instructor, tweeted a photo with the couple’s child, Leodis Andrellton Jackson, on Thursday night, writing, “I love you, son. See you soon.”
The former couple welcomed baby Leo in February after dating since the summer of 2021.
Palmer also requested sole legal and physical custody of Leo on Thursday.
Jackson made headlines in July when he publicly shamed Palmer for the sheer dress she wore to Usher’s Las Vegas residency.
“It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom,” he tweeted, sparking so much backlash that he temporarily deleted his X account.
Palmer would go on to star in Usher’s new “Boyfriend” video.
