Keke Palmer has publically accused her ex, Darius Jackson, of physical and emotional abuse and has requested custody of their son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson. A court judge has approved her request for a restraining order against Jackson, which will be in place until a hearing in December.
According to the court documents, Palmer is concerned about the safety of her and her child due to Jackson’s violent and volatile nature. She has reported instances of physical and emotional abuse by Jackson, some of which have occurred in the presence of her son.
She has requested that no contact between her and Jackson is to be established, along with a 100-yard distance. She does not want Jackson to have visitation rights or be required to pay child support. Also, she has requested that Jackson complete a 52-week batterer intervention program.
In her efforts to protect her son, mother Sharon Palmer verified claims of abuse, commenting on Jackson’s public support from brother Sarunas Jackson, an “Insecure” star. The mother contacted Sarunas Jackson over a year ago to inform him of his brother’s behavior, calling him out publicly after his recent public comments regarding Keke’s accusations.
