Kel Mitchell is reportedly hospitalized in Los Angeles.
The 45-year-old “All That” alum allegedly entered a Los Angeles-area hospital Tuesday night through the emergency room, TMZ reports.
A witness told the outlet that the “Kenan & Kel” star appeared to be conscious and alert when he arrived.
TMZ claims Mitchell was still getting treatment as of Wednesday night.
The Post has contacted reps for Mitchell for comment.
Mitchell’s Instagram Stories on Wednesday included promotional posts for his upcoming “Celebrity Squares” appearance, as well as Paramount+’s upcoming “Good Burger 2,” where he’ll reprise his role as fast food cashier Ed alongside his friend and co-worker Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson).
In 2004, the former Nickelodeon star was depressed, experienced suicidal thoughts, and turned to drugs when his marriage to Tyisha Hampton fell apart.
“As a young actor there are ups and downs,” he later told People. “And when you get to that down part, there are times you feel like no one can relate to you. When Britney Spears shaved her head, I understood that.”
“After my divorce, I just felt like life was not working out.”
Mitchell later claims he turned to God to get him out of his darkness.
“I was trying to figure it all out on my own. But what I needed to do was turn to Him,” he stated. “Once I found that clarity with Christ, I knew everything would work out.”
