Curated by the Harrods’ buying team, the pop-up features lingerie sets, bodysuits, slip dresses, robes, and a capsule collection of bustiers and corsets in Valentine’s red, cerise, and blush, plus pops of glacier blue as well as classic shades of black and ivory.
Collection standouts include the Camille Kimono Robe, constructed in black French lace with a silk charmeuse trim; the Beaded Lace Corset, featuring a blush lace construction punctuated by intricate beading; Leather Underbust, made with light-stretch lambskin leather panelling; and its best-selling Lace Inset lingerie made with of ivory lace, silk and mesh with matching garter belt.
The brand’s recently-appointed global president Alexa Cahill said: “Harrods [has] been unwavering in [its] support of our mission to provide our customers with beautiful and provocative lingerie that allows them to experiment with fantasy, strength, and self-expression.
“We can’t think of a better way to kick of the new year and the most important moment in our retail calendar.”
And Valentine’s Day certainly is key for lingerie specialists with searches for sexy lingerie surging over 350% in the run-up to the day last year and the picture is likely to be similar this time round.
