French luxury brand Louis Vuitton has just opened its fourth store in California and 22nd in the United States at Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills, 9570 Wilshire Boulevard. A boutique dedicated exclusively to women.
The Louis Vuitton store at Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills boasts the maison’s signature visual codes throughout. A mesh façade replicating Louis Vuitton’s distinctive Monogram flower welcomes guests into the space. Inside, herringbone-patterned floors, leather- wrapped columns, and millwork finishings complement custom marble entryway tables and stylish mid-century furnishings.
Specially curated works of fine art complete the customized interiors. A bold Daniel Klewer painting graces the wall, featuring the artist’s signature linear tactility technique that creates surprising depth through material manipulation.
To celebrate the opening of the new location inside Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills and Nicolas Ghesquière’s ten-year anniversary with the maison, an exclusive Spring/Summer 2024 runway full look featuring a classic Ghesquière silhouette of a sunny satin duchesse suit look will be offered.
A specially curated and limited-edition assortment of special Capucines and Petite Malle handbags will also be available, two of Ghesquière’s iconic handbag styles within his tenure. Opening highlights include the LV Remix collection, which revives the Denim and Vernis collections of the early aughts alongside new shapes inspired by the period.
The women’s cruise 2024 collection will also be on offer, originally presented at Lake Maggiore on the Isola Bella. For this collection, women’s artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière referenced the mystery and fantasy surrounding lakes and oceans, as well as contemporary tales of the whimsical characters that inhabit the waters. Mermaids, sea goddesses, naval officers, seashells, and coral reefs all played a part in the design inspiration of this collection.
