According to the Board’s notice, the Class 10 supplementary examination will start on July 16 and conclude on July 30, 2024. These exams will be conducted in two shifts: the first shift from 11 AM to 2 PM and the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. The Class 12 general and bifocal courses examinations will also begin on July 16 but will extend until August 8, 2024. These exams will follow the same two-shift schedule.

This year’s Maharashtra board results showed a significant increase in the Class 10 pass percentage, reaching 95.81%, up 1.98% from the previous year. The Konkan region stood out for its impressive 99.01% pass rate. Out of 1,560,154 students registered, 1,549,326 appeared, and 1,484,431 passed. Girls outperformed boys, with a passing rate of 97.21% versus 94.56%. Notably, 187 students achieved a perfect score of 100%.
The science stream performed exceptionally well in the HSC, with a pass rate of 97.82%. Other streams also fared well, with pass rates of 85.88% in arts, 92.18% in commerce, and 87.75% in vocational and ITI. Overall, the vocational stream had an 87.75% pass rate, with 30,808 students passing out of 35,106 who appeared from 35,849 registrants.
