RANGERS new boy Fabio Silva once moved for more than £35m.
His latest loan from Wolves won’t be anywhere near that eye-watering price-tag that dwarfs anything the SPFL can offer.
But a look into the Portuguese striker‘s social media account reveals the mega-money circles that the Ibrox incomer moves in.
As he raved about his move to Rangers – a club he said he grew up regarding as “the best in Scotland” – friends in high places flocked to congratulate him on his move.
Among them was an ex-Rangers target and a similarly costly Portuguese player in the English top flight.
Even Twitter’s transfer guru Fabrizio Romano passed on his best wishes on Instgram too.

Charting his new surroundings and delight at arriving in Glasgow Silva said: “New club and new home! It is truly a pleasure for me to play for Rangers and I hope to celebrate many victories together.
Come on #RangersFC 💙”
That accompanied a picture of him clutching his new shirt and squad number seven.
Among the comments in response was Xavi Simons – a PSV Eindhoven team-mate and a former Rangers target when Giovanni van Bronckhorst was boss.
He wrote in Spanish: “Enjoy your game, play now!!!”
Another team-mate from the Eredivisie, Mauro Junior added emojis with love-hearts.
Old Wolves team-mate and now £53m Manchester City midfielder Matheus Nunes simply replied “Go!” in Portuguese.
And Aberdeen’s Duk – a former sparring partner in the Portuguese youth ranks at Benfica and Porto – added: “See you soon pal”
The pair will lock horns again next year with the teams due to clash on February 6.
Silva won’t be eligible for this weekend’s Old Firm derby with Celtic, however if the Gers’ paperwork is completed on time he could make a Scottish debut against Kilmarnock before the winter break begins on January 2.
But he is relishing hooking up with his new team-mates and said: It was amazing to hear Rangers wanted me.
“Everyone knows I had the options of other clubs but Rangers was my first option straight away.
“I am a player who likes to win titles and play in the big clubs and feel the pressure to play in big competitions.
“For me, as a kid when we spoke about Scotland, Rangers was the best team here.
“I want to be here to play for the fans and to win titles, because that’s the most important thing.
“I have played in Portugal, Holland, Belgium and also in the Premier League.
“I have a lot of experience for a 21-year-old and now I am at a historic club.
“I want to win titles and play in the Europa League. There are amazing things to come in this second half of the season.
