MANCHESTER UNITED wonderkid Anthony Elanga transformed from boy to man over the summer with the help of a private coach.
The 19-year-old forward has always been highly rated by United and he made his first-team debut at the end of last season.
But he had to work hard to get to that position after suffering a shoulder injury in January 2021.
Elanga underwent a rehabilitation process and showed dedication to come back stronger, according to the Manchester Evening News.
His rehab included cryotherapy and Elanga continued his hard work after his debut against Leicester.
Over the summer he worked with a private coach to beef up – and the results are clear to see.
He is believed to have worked specifically on explosive pace and jump height and is reportedly one of the most dedicated United players in the gym.
That likely impresses fitness freak Cristiano Ronaldo, who celebrated jubilantly when Elanga scored an equaliser against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

It was a European debut to remember for the young Swede and capped off a brilliant few days having also scored at Leeds.
Elanga, who joined United aged just 12, has repaid the faith shown in him by Ralf Rangnick with the youngster playing just five minutes under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season.
His lack of game time led Elanga to request a loan move in January but Rangnick advised him to stick around and that instruction has immediately paid off.
Elanga believed he would get a chance at United, telling the Manchester Evening News 16 months ago: “”There is a pathway [at United].
“It just shows you that if you’re willing to put the work into it and continue to work hard day in, day out in training there’s a pathway for you there.”
