Mandurah’s most expensive home up for grabs for just $8 million

Mandurah’s most expensive home has hit the market, on sale for a whopping $8 million. It beats the previous record of a Reverie Mews home sold for $6 million last year.

The five bedroom, five bathroom, four car garage home has numerous luxurious amenities including an indoor pool, meditation room, gym and lift.

The pool is a casual 12 metres long, ideal for both swimming laps and leisure. It’s also heated so can be enjoyed all year round.

10-11 Amity cove is located in the prestigious Port Mandurah Stage One, an area known for its exclusivity.

It’s on the waterfront, offering rare serene water views. There’s also perfectly landscaped gardens designed to create a sense of tranquillity and privacy. Every room gets a spectacular view of either the water or the gardens so no one misses out.

Despite the hefty price tag, Renee Hardman the listing agent says it’s a steal.

“There’s not many places you can get half an acre of land absolute waterfront,” she said.
