In the 2024 High School Leaving Certificate Examination, the performance of candidates has been released by the Board on the basis of gender and school enrollment type (regular and external) distinctions-
Male Candidates
A total of 18,233 male regular candidates were enrolled, with 18,154 appearing for the examination.Among them, 17,051 passed. Additionally, there were 854 male external candidates, of which 841 appeared, and 627 passed. Overall, the total number of male candidates enrolled was 19,087, with 18,995 appearing and 17,678 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 93.07%.
Female Candidates
For female candidates, 17,726 were enrolled as regular students, with 17,661 appearing for the examination. Out of these, 16,587 passed. There were also 902 female external candidates, with 891 appearing and 666 passing. In total, 18,628 female candidates were enrolled, 18,552 appeared for the examination, and 17,253 passed, yielding a pass percentage of 93.00%.
Overall Performance
Combining both male and female candidates, a grand total of 37,715 students were enrolled in the examination. Out of these, 37,547 appeared, and 34,931 passed, achieving an overall pass percentage of 93.03%.

Districts with Highest Pass Percentages in Manipur 10th Result 2024
Here is the list of top performing districts with the highest pass percentages, according to statistics released by the board:
Tengnoupal (99.65%)
Tengnoupal district achieved an impressive pass percentage of 99.65%. Among the male students, 296 were enrolled, 293 appeared for the exams, and 292 passed. For female students, 289 were enrolled, 286 appeared, and 285 passed. In total, out of 585 enrolled students, 579 appeared for the exams, and 577 successfully passed.
Kakching (97.58%)
Kakching district reported a pass percentage of 97.58%. The district had 1,147 male students enrolled, all of whom appeared for the exams, and 1,120 passed. Among the female students, 1,043 were enrolled, all of whom appeared, and 1,017 passed. In total, 2,190 students were enrolled, all of whom appeared for the exams, and 2,137 passed.
Chandel (97.08%)
In Chandel district, the pass percentage was 97.08%. There were 551 male students enrolled, with 545 appearing and 523 passing the exams. For female students, 486 were enrolled, 482 appeared, and 474 passed. Overall, out of 1,037 enrolled students, 1,027 appeared for the exams, and 997 passed.
