HAVE you ever wondered how the size of your todger or boobs compare to other people across the world?
It’s certainly not a competition – but researchers have gone to the trouble of working out where in the world people have the biggest penises and breasts, to satisfy the curious among us.
Health experts at NowPatient gathered data on the average penis size across the world to reveal the countries with the largest members – and where the average size has grown or shrunk over the years.
Brits might not be thrilled with where the UK ranks.
“One body part men can worry about more than any is one that is rarely seen by most people in the world, their penis,” medical writer and head of new medicines discovery, Rajive Patel, said.
“Some people will worry about theirs or compare it to others.
“While you may worry about your body’s size or shape, it is important to understand that everyone’s bodies are different and beautiful in their own way.
“Having said that, we wanted to discover which countries have the biggest size on average.”
Now Patient experts reviewed data by World Population Review on the average penis size by country for 2024.
Rajive noted that the studies used self reported data – meaning that men reported their own penis sizes, so they may have inflated them by an inch or two.
Research suggests that blokes tend to fudge their actual sizes, as they’re trying to attain unrealistic standards, so it’s best to take these averages with a pinch of salt.
Sudanese men were deemed to have the largest members in the world, with an average erect length of 7.06 inches.
Blokes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) followed closely, on average measuring 7.06 inches.
Ecuador ranked third, with men reporting an average length of 6.93 inches, followed by Republic of the Congo (6.82 inches), Ghana (6.81) and Nigeria (6.69).
Thailand was deemed to have the smallest average penis size in the world, with men’s members measuring 3.71 inches when erect.
Cambodia and Nepal ranked slightly higher, with and average of 3.87 and 3.93 inches.
NHS tips to add inches to your penis
WORRIED about the size of your manhood?
There are some things you can do to help.
According to the NHS, there are a few simple – and painless ways – to add the illusion of a few extra inches. These are:
- Trim your pubes – if you’ve heard the saying “mow the lawn to make the tree look bigger”, trimming your pubic hair can do exactly that.
- Banish the beer belly – losing weight is a great way to make your todger look bigger. It’s not going to look as impressive if you have a beer belly hanging over it.
- Get fit – not only will getting fit make you look better, but you’ll also feel better. It goes without saying that if you’re feeling sexy your love life will also benefit
Brits were listed in between those, coming in at 60th place out of 142 with an average the average member measuring 5.63 inches.
Despite the UK ranking pretty far from top 10 in this division, they still came in above the United States (5.57 inches) and Switzerland (5.61 inches).
Where have penis sizes changed the most?
Rankings have shifted throughout the years, according to the data.
Venezuelan men have seen the biggest increase in size while Italians dropped down in the rankings.
There was an increase in the reported average penis size in Venezuela of over 27 per cent between 2022 and 2024.
In 2022, the average erect length was 5.25 inches, which has shot up to 6.67 inches this year.
Though not as drastic, Brits also saw an increase in average penis size over the last two years, growing from 5.17 to 5.63 inches.
Meanwhile in Italy, the average reported penis size decreased by almost 20 per cent in two years, from over six inches in 2022 to less than five in 2024.
What is the average breast size across the world?
NowPatient also reviewed data on average breast sizes across the world, which indicated that they range AA to D cups.
The largest average breast sizes tend to be found in Europe.
Women in Norway, for example, had an average boob size of C-D.
Brits ranked pretty high in this category, as the average bra cup size is C.
Women in the US also reported an average breast size of C.

Meanwhile, women in African and southeast Asian countries have smaller cup sizes on average.
How to check your breasts
It is important to regularly check your breasts for any changes. Breast tissue reaches all the way up to your collarbone and across to your armpit, so it’s vital to check these areas too.
If you feel or see any changes in your breast you should always consult your GP.
Charity CoppaFeel! recommends checking your breasts monthly, so you can pick up on any changes quickly.
Breasts do change naturally as part of your monthly menstrual cycle, so you should get to know your breasts, how they feel and what changes they usually go through to know if anything is out of the ordinary.
Five-step check
There is a five-step self exam you can do at home to check for any changes.
Step one: Begin by looking in a mirror, facing it with your arms on your hips and your shoulders straight. You should be looking for any dimpling, puckering, bulging skin, redness, soreness, a rash or changes in the nipple.
Step two: Still looking in the mirror, raise both arms above your head and check for the same changes.
Step three: With your arms still above your head, check for any fluid coming from the nipples. This can include milky, yellow or watery fluid, or blood.
Step four: While lying down use your opposite hand to check each breast. Using a few fingers, keeping them flat and together, go in a small circular motion around your breasts. Make sure you feel the entire breast by going top to bottom in these small circles. It helps to develop a system or pattern to make sure every inch is covered. Use light pressure for the skin and tissue just beneath, medium pressure for the tissue in the middle of your breasts, and firm pressure to feel the tissue at the back, feeling down to your ribcage.
Step five: Feel your breasts while either standing or sitting, using the same small circular motions.
