JEE Main 2024 | Boost Your Performance With Expert Strategies for Time Management & Chemistry

Ramesh Batlish, Managing Partner and Centre Head at FIITJEE Noida and Greater Noida shared some advice on the time management for students who will appear for JEE Main session 1. He shared, “Students who are preparing for the board exams must synchronise their preparation for boards as well as JEE Mains. Now December has already crossed and you’re in month of January, here I will recommend that students must take some mock test papers for improving the time management. Mock tests must be taken at the same time of the exam i.e., from 9 AM to 12 Noon in the morning time and afternoon 3 PM to 6 PM because the JEE Main exam is held at the same timings.”
“When students are attempting the paper they must also do the test analysis post every paper. Now, what is test analysis? Students must be aware what kind of mistakes they are doing and how they can improve upon their mistakes. Here my suggestion is that keep the notes what you have made during the preparation handy, discuss with your teachers for areas where you can improve, how you can fetch more marks, go through the important chapters and high scoring chapters where you can score easy marks and revise everyday,” he said.
“JEE Main exam is an exam of speed and accuracy so you must ensure that your time whatever you’re taking per question must be optimum so that you’re able to solve more number of questions,” he added further.
