They won’t have what she’s having — done to her face.
Fans of Meg Ryan — starring in her first movie in eight years, “What Happens Later” — are thrilled she’s back on the big screen, but sleepless on social media due to her seemingly “bad and bizarre” plastic surgery.
“Great to see Meg Ryan back with her bread and butter but lord I wish she didn’t mess with her face,” wrote @afiaonfiyah on X.
“Rename the film . . . What Happens With Meg Ryan’s Face,” quipped @Marcelopachecop.
People on X expressed sadness that the Hollywood darling of such rom-coms as “When Harry Met Sally,” “Sleepless in Seattle” and “You’ve Got Mail” would touch her visage.
“I love Meg Ryan but what happened to her face? She was sooo beautiful with big expressive eyes,” said @marysei44432000.
“I’m not going to have anything done to my face. I’m afraid of ending up looking like a trout. All the women in Hollywood do. They all start to look the same at a certain point. Poor Meg Ryan for instance. She was so cute,” added @Defenestrate123.
Ryan, 61, has never admitted to getting any work done.
But one expert guessed that she not only went under the knife — but got a botched procedure.
“She’s a mess,” said celebrity facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk from his Park Avenue office. “I think she had a bad facelift in the wrong direction, sideways, instead of vertical.”
The telltale sign of the horizontal surgery is her mouth, he explained.
“When she was younger, her mouth was smaller,” he said. “Look at her mouth in ‘Top Gun.’ Now, it’s twice the size. The only way a mouth can get bigger as you get older . . . is if it’s pulled sideways.”
He believes her lips, which one person compared to “the joker smile” have also been enhanced.
“She’s got filler in her lips,” he said. “And they’re more filled on the side, which is making it look even worse.”
Another possible work zone was her cheeks, which Rizk claimed have been injected with “either filler or fat.”
“She has doughy cheeks that were never there before. Cheeks never get bigger as you get older,” he said.
With fuller cheeks, her eyes appear smaller.
“When you have a lot of filler or fat in your cheeks and you smile, where does it go? The cheeks go up and what’s above the cheek, the eyes,” explained Rizk, who operated on “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Fessler.
Ryan once addressed the speculation on her changing looks, by diverting to another topic.
“There are more important conversations than how women look and how they are aging,” she told Porter magazine in 2015, in an article that has since been removed.
“I love my age. I love my life right now . . . I love the person I’ve become, the one I’ve evolved into.”
