“Introducing Dahyun, member of the global group Twice, as our newest global brand ambassador,” said the Capri Holdings-owned company via an Instagram post.

Alongside the caption, the South Korean-native and “musical sensation” stars is lensed holding the Michael Kors Signature Logo Heather bag.

Dahyun, whose real name is Kim Da-hyun, is part of the K-pop band Twice, a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu.

Dahyun attended both the spring and fall 2023 Michael Kors collection runways shows during New York Fashion Week, leading up to her ambassadorship at the brand.

In July, Michael Kors opened a new Michael Kors lifestyle store at Aventura Mall, just outside of Miami, Florida.

In its most recent trading update, parent company Capri said revenue from Michael Kors, its largest brand, fell nearly 11% to $910 million, while Asia sales rose marginally during the fourth quarter following a rebound in China demand.
