Minimalist cosmetics company, Mid/night 00.00, co-founded by influencer Nina Urgell and entrepreneur Marc Ciudad, is extending its product range. Positioned as a brand specializing in minimalist routines tailored for hair and skin care, this ‘clean beauty’ Barcelona-based company, established in 2019, is taking a significant leap forward by introducing its first perfume collection.​

The brand’s first perfume line consists of four fragrances – Mid/night 00.00

This launch, which comes after two years of dedication to its maiden foray into this category, unveils four fragrances inspired by the very essence of Formentera, the Mediterranean island where the Mid/night 00.00 project was born. Bearing the evocative names ‘Morning’, ‘Midday’,  ‘Afterfive’, and ‘Midnight’, these unisex perfumes have been meticulously crafted to encapsulate distinct moments throughout the day on this idyllic island, which is dear to the heart of the brand.

Nina Urgell and Marc Ciudad, the company’s founders, expressed, “Our perfume collection pays homage to the inspiration we’ve drawn from this extraordinary place, and we hope that those who wear them can feel the same connection to the beauty and creativity that have driven us throughout this journey.”

Dubbed ‘Casa Pablo’, the debut fragrance collection has been conceived in collaboration with perfumer Mathieu Nardin. These fragrances, available from October 22 via the brand’s online store, contain over 90% naturally derived ingredients, are entirely vegan, and are produced in small batches near Grasse, France. The perfumes will be offered in two sizes: 10ml and 50ml.

After opening its first physical store in late 2019 in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, the company successfully closed a financing round in 2021 in order to boost its expansion abroad.
