THIS is the moment angry parents confronted the event boss behind the disastrous Glasgow Willy Wonka Experience which left families out of pocket and kids in tears.
We told how the botched £35-a-ticket event left furious parents was closed down half-way and the police called after complaints flooded in about how poor the production and props were.
Organiser Billy Coull was eventually forced to issue an apology for the “sheer and utter disappointment” blaming technical difficulties for the chaos.
Police were even called in following backlash from fuming families as they vented their frustration to organisers.
But fresh footage has now emerged of Billy being challenged by angry women who branded the whole event a “scam.”
Billy, who is behind the promoters House of Illuminati, is seen attempting to cover the camera as a woman tries to get to the bottom of the event: “I don’t care, we’ve paid money.”
Another woman points at him and says “don’t walk away,” as shaken Billy tries to escape from the raging families outside the BOX Hub warehouse in the city centre.
The woman behind the camera says: “This is illegal what you are doing.
“You said you are hear to represent a company that is taking money off parents, grandparents for children – this is Christmas presents from Santa.”
A stressed out Billy responds: “We are going to start issuing full refunds as from Monday morning,” before trying to escape up the fire escape behind a bouncer on the door.

The woman comes back to him: “Where is our guarantee?
“See if this was going to go ahead, where is all this Willy Wonka stuff we are suppose to be going to see with our children?”
The bouncer then tells the women that he had been told not to let anybody in.
She retorts: “You aren’t to let anybody in but you are happy to take our money?”
The woman then says she is going to call the police over the incident.
Billy returns to repeat: “The House of Illuminati guarantees a full refund starting from Monday.”
The woman challenges Billy again on the event, “is that why you don’t have pictures up of your stuff?”
Billy then admits to using artificial intelligence to generate the promotional materials for the event.
The second woman adds: “So you are fake? That’s why you don’t advertise what the thing is actually like?”
The woman behind the camera says: “That’s why there is another on Facebook about it or the website.”
A man from behind the camera chips in: “Is that why you hired bouncers, because you knew it was all going to kick off?”
The woman filming asks for a third time: “Where is all the stuff that was suppose to be in this? It wouldn’t be done over night – so it’s a scam.
“You’ve scammed children, it is a total scam.”
The Glasgow Willy Wonka Experience had been billed as a magical and immersive experience for families.
But punters later told how they waited over forty-five minutes in queues with the actual experience, hosted by lasting just seven minutes.
Footage from cursed spectacle went viral on social media with actors revealing they were made to dress as a “sexy” Oompa Loompa over claims they have still not been paid.
Other performers claimed they had to learn a 15-page A.I. generated gibberish speech in less than 24-hours which contained made-up characters such as The Unknown, a masked demon spooking children from behind a mirror.
There were also reports of children being given just one jellybean and half a cup of limeade instead of the mounds of lollipops and chocolate promised.
The event has now been reported in outlets across the world as punters continue to create hilarious memes about the viral disaster.
