MPPSC PCS State, Forest services exam postponed due to Lok Sabha Elections 2024

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had earlier announced the postponement of the UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam 2024. Following suit, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has now postponed the State Services Preliminary examination, and the MP Forest Services exam 2024.
According to the notice available on the official website, the exams will now be held on the revised date of June 23 instead of April 28, 2024.The Lok Sabha elections have caused changes to the schedules for both recruitment exams. Admit cards for these exams can be downloaded from the MPPSC website beginning June 12.
The Lok Sabha elections are scheduled to be held in four phases between April 19 and May 13 for 29 seats in MP. Counting is scheduled for June 4, 2024.
Earlier this week, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced a new date for the Civil Services Examinations (CSE) 2024. Prelims will now take place on June 16 rather than May 26, 2024. This adjustment comes after the Election Commission announced the Lok Sabha election schedule for April to June 2024.
Apart from the UPSC, entrance exams such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) intermediate course exam dates have been revised. Group 1 will now be held on May 3rd, 5th, and 9th, while Group 2 exams will be conducted on May 11th, 15th, and 17th.
