NEET UG 2023 Counselling: The Medical Counselling Committee(MCC) will announce the NEET UG 2023 Counselling Round 2 Seat Allotment Process tomorrow, August 18, 2023. All those candidates who have appeared for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test -Undergraduate(NEET UG) Counselling process can check and download the result by visiting the official website – mcc.nic.in. The candidates will have the mandatorily upload essential certificates after declaration of result. It is also mandatory for candidates to take their original documents during physical reporting to college so as to confirm the allotted seat.

Uploading of essential certificates after declaration of result
Physical Reporting with original documents at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 2nd Round – (Candidates who have allotted a seat in round 2 can opt for willingness to upgrade from round 2 to round 3 for which they will have to physically report at the allotted college.)
If upgraded in Round 2, the candidate must take relieving from Round 1 seat and join Round 2 seat.
Candidates allotted seats in round 2 but who don’t report or join the allotted institute shall forfeit their security deposit.
Candidates getting upgraded in Round 2 shall NOT have any claim on Round 1 seat.

Who are eligible for 3rd Round of allotment?

Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 3rd round would be from one of the following groups:
Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the Round 1 or Round 2.
Group-II: Registered candidates who have secured seat & whose 2nd round of
allotted seat got cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective category.
Group–III: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 2nd round of allotment and submitted willingness for third round up-gradation as Yes.
Group- IV: Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not join or resign and exited after forfeiture of fees.

Who are not eligible for 3rd Round of allotment?

Candidate who has become non-eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.
