“Everyone has experienced Rising Bharat. The new India does not tolerate terrorism. The country also teaches lessons to those who threaten with terrorism. The world can see India’s response against those who wounded us with terrorism,” said Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the CNN-News18 Rising Bharat Summit in New Delhi Wednesday.

Talking about the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls, the prime minister said, “there is a mood of debate ahead of elections. And this is the beauty of democracy.”

“The BJP is planning for the first 100 days of our next term,” PM added.

Taking a swipe at the Opposition, the PM said “today the opposition has given the 104th abuse. Amidst these positive negative things, the elections are happening.”

While highlighting his government’s achievements over the past ten years, the prime minister said that today India’s confidence level reflects in the words of every Indian, and as we talk of Viksit Bharat and Atmanirbhar Bharat, everyone is seeing India’s success.

“In just ten years, 25 crore Indians have emerged out of poverty. And, in just 10 years, our economy has become the 5th largest in the world. Do you think it happened easily? India still has a long way to go,” he added. More to come…
