Health and wellness entrepreneur Laura Henshaw has divided fans after she revealed what she does “after sex” on her KICPOD podcast.
During a recent episode, Henshaw, 30, revealed to her co-host and best friend Steph Claire Smith (Miller), 29, that she doesn’t shower after doing the deed with her husband, Dalton.
“You don’t shower after sex?” asked Smith, with a disturbed look on her face.
“No, what? Do you, Mandy?” Henshaw responded, turning to KIC TikTok producer Mandy Sparks.
“Always,” Sparks replied, prompting Henshaw to ask, “What, why?”
When Smith replied, “Um, there’s mess, you might be a bit sweaty,” Henshaw interjected with “Don’t you just wipe it off with a tissue?”
“Oh my God,” Smith exclaimed, laughing. Clearly horrified at her bestie’s bedroom protocol.
The popular duo went on to explain that they, and their respective partners, agree they’ve “still got it” in the bedroom, but the shower debate left many up in arms.
KIC shared the podcast snippet to their Instagram, with followers quick to share their thoughts — or routines.
“I’m with Laura! Do what feels right at the time,” one said.
“I’m with you just wiping it off!! Who is showering at 3am,” another commented.
“A wipe, quick trip to the loo and then back for a cuddle!” a third chimed in.
But not everyone was on Henshaw’s side.
“Wow, nope, always shower after EVERY TIME,” one said.
“Always shower together and debrief afterwards,” another shared.
