The Epic Games is offering Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and Redout 2 as this week’s free games.

Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a clicker game set in the Dungeons & Dragon’s universe.

Unlike Baldur’s Gate 3, which is also a D&D title, Idle Champions is a very basic game about managing a formation of champions with unique abilities to face waves of incoming enemies.

Redout 2 is a racing game set in the 26th century where you pilot futuristic anti-gravity ships racing on magnetic tracks.

It’s inspired by classics like F-Zero and Star Wars Episode I: Racer, and has a favourable 78 rating on review aggregator Metacritic.

To claim the games, you must head to the Epic Games Store website, log in or create a free account, and scroll to the Free Games section on the home page.

You can also grab the games from the Epic Games Launcher, which you will need to install on your PC to play them.

Players will have until June 20, 2024, at 4pm UK Time / 12am ET to grab the two new freebies.

Next week, the free title will be Lego Builder’s Journey, a very good puzzle-solving game based on Lego bricks.

With a nice 79 score on Metacritic, it’s a great free addition to any puzzle lover’s game library.

But players will have to wait until June 20 to grab this one.

Last week’s free game was Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and if you haven’t claimed it, the deal is gone now.
