Steelrising follows the soulslike ‘rulebook’ closely, to the point of being criticised in reviews for its lack of innovation.
Upon release, the game garnered mixed reactions, with a 68 rating on review aggregator Metacritic but a favourable 7.5 user score.
Despite the average reviews, at the massive 70% discount on Steam right now, it’s a great bargain for fans of the genre to pick up.
Usually priced at £34.99 / $59.99, players can now buy Steelrising for just £10.49 / $14.99, its lowest-ever price.
What’s more, the game’s Bastille Edition, which adds The Cagliostro’s Secrets extension and cosmetic items, is also having its price slashed by 70%.
Steam players have until May 4, 2024, at 6pm UK Time / 1pm ET to grab the game at its current low price, so you have to act quickly to catch the bargain.
