Perth Lotto: Mystery Joondalup buyer an instant millionaire after Wednesday win

WA is truly the lucky State.

Locals in Joondalup, in Perth’s north, have been urged to check their tickets, with Wednesday Lotto crowning a new millionaire overnight.

The unclaimed ticket, sold from Grant Boulevard Lotteries Kiosk in Joondalup, is now worth $1 million.

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers revealed the latest win is the 10th West Aussie millionaire thanks to Monday and Wednesday Lotto in 2023.

“We’ve seen at least one West Aussie take home Monday and Wednesday Lotto’s $1 million division one prize every month this year,” she said.

Another sandgroper is set for the year thanks to a division two Set for Life prize of $5,000 a month for 12 months.

The ticket was purchased through a Lotterywest online membership.
