Perth mansion where Craig Puddy was murdered by business partner Cameron Mansell up for sale

The Mount Pleasant mansion where millionaire Craig Puddy was brutally murdered by his business partner Cameron Mansell in a fit of rage is up for sale — for the second time since the grisly killing more than a decade ago.

The lavish property is advertised as a “family home” close to the Swan River but it has a dark past after being at the centre of one of the State’s most high-profile killings.

It has since undergone extensive renovations including the resurfacing of the pool.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom estate sits on a 493m2 block — less than 100 metres from the water.

It offers a large theatre room and a pool that is visible through glass windows and panels around the property.
