Demand for share accommodation is soaring amid the rental crisis, however, single room availabilities appear to be just as thin on the ground as rental homes.
A new Flatmates.com.au report shows there are 350 people looking for a room in East Perth, which has nothing currently available. It is the same in Mosman Park, Highgate, City Beach and North Fremantle where no rooms are available despite more than 100 people looking in each suburb.
