Families were all smiles at the Perth Royal Show on Monday as they took advantage of the great weather to enjoy one of the State’s great institutions.
Tens of thousands have poured through the gates at Claremont Showgrounds over the first few days of the event, including 10-year-old Lola.
She was clearly enjoying playing the goat with the animals at AgVenture Hill, which has proved a huge hit with wannabe farmers young and old.

A spokesperson for the Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia said organisers were pleased by the floods of people who have already come and they were only expecting things to get bigger as the week progresses.
“We have fine weather forecast for most of the week and our 3D drone show and interactive fireworks program are very popular,” a RASWA spokesperson said.
“We have a growth in our competitions, including more people entering the woodchop, dogs and horse sections.”
